2011 Slalom @ Slemon: July 29-31

Sort of got buried in my to do list. MMSC is holding the annual Slalom @ Slemon on July 29 through 31. Friday, July 29th is the test & tune. Saturday is the first slalom event followed by a dinner in the evening. Sunday is the second slalom event followed by an awards ceremony shortly after. Registration is currently open! Early registration runs until June 24th. Before then, the entry fee is only $80 CAD. The entry fee increases to $100 CAD after June 24th. You can register and pay online at the MMSC website (direct link here). You can also print off an entry form (also at the link above) and submit it and your payment in person or via snail mail at:

June Club Meeting

The next club meeting will be Tuesday, June 14th at the Southeast Mutual Insurance Company boardroom. The meeting starts at 7pm. Address is:

The boardroom has a separate entrance which is located at the front of the building (towards Coverdale Road).

It’s still spring and MMSC has been busy! The spring autoslalom series, MHPDC events, May and the upcoming June regional races. Come out and see what the club is working on and get some news around the region!

2011 MMSC Spring Autoslalom Series Extended

MMSC has secured another lot to hold autoslalom events therefore the club will be extending the spring autoslalom series until the end of June! MMSC will be holding events June 15, 22, and 29 at the long term parking lot of the old Moncton Airport (not the current active terminal). It is just off Champlain street. Online registration for the event is available here. Again, online registration closes the night before and registration on-site for the Wednesday night events will be open at 5:30pm with the first car on course around 6:30pm. Register online for $12.50 or $15.00 on-site. Dates again:
